So, my feet haven’t been ‘on the ground‘ much lately. But yesterday, Waz, myself and the farm owner sat down and had a coffee and a chat. We all would like it if we stay on long-term at this farm in regional Victoria.
I like it here. It’s peaceful. There’s hardly any noise from man-made things. The farmers are absolutely lovely. We don’t have a tv. The dogs get to run around freely when we walk them. Waz is a happy free-range bloke. And the emptiness quietens my mind and makes me aware of things that matter. Plus look at the big skies, seriously, the sunrises and sunsets here are incredible!
So. That said, I found my feet yesterday. Somewhere in between Bendigo, Echuca, Shepparton and Melbourne. In the dirt, which hopefully will soon home thousands of green growing plants.
But, tomorrow I’m heading back to the Sunshine Coast for a good week of fun and work. Yay. This may become a fairly regular thing.
I’m really looking forward to what I can offer people photographically from our new location! It’s beautiful, in a very different way to Queensland.
Time will tell… :)
